Then, you will go to a traditional house to learn how to prepare a traditional Chefchaouni dish, under the supervision of the chef. Finally, you will enjoy your creation, accompanied by mint tea. As an experienced and passionate Moroccan gastronomy, I offer cooking classes where we prepare together delicacies such as tajine and couscous etc. My commitment is to satisfy your preferences, by creating tailor-made dishes according to your desires.
The day begins by exploring the local market to choose fresh and seasonal ingredients. Upon our arrival at home, the adventure begins with a warm welcome around a mint tea, offering an authentic moment of conviviality. Then, we embark on the preparation of the meals, discovering the secrets of Moroccan flavors. Once the dishes are ready, we share a delicious meal consisting of a salad for starter, followed by the main courses, and crowned by a refreshing fruit salad. Finally, we conclude this gourmet experience by tasting tea accompanied by Moroccan pastries, thus extending the magic of our culinary encounter.
