it's one hour experience which start with breathwork and some warm up stretches and the healing journey through the water will be about one hour and a half which is a fusion of relaxation and rejuvenation, combining fluid movements and gentle stretches in the calming presence of water , offering you a unique and unforgettable path to wellness, I should notice you that the timing would be different if you book the natural spring therapy, it will be done in the neighbor town of Xul Ha which is 20 minutes drive from Bacalar and you can enjoy your time by the biggest cenote as long as you wish :)
