Starters
- Orange and sage pickle - Mushrooms in a very mild pickle flavored with orange and sage.
- Bollet gulas - Mushrooms grown in the form of sprouts with which we cook an imitation of garlic eels.
- Galician bolets - Imitation of Galician-style octopus. Truffled potato permantier and shiitake medallions with tomato powder.
- Sauteed Mushrooms ''Sa Sinia'' style - Sauteed mushrooms with garlic and parsley, a tip of island sausage and truffled egg yolk.
- Oyster Mushroom Tataki - Caro ''Korean'' mushroom candied and cooked like a tataki, accompanied by a julienne of island vegetables.
- Mushroom croquettes - A classic, delicious croquettes of our mushrooms.
