Meet next to Kanazawa Station under the train overpass where you can see a lot of green electric bicycles at that bike parking lot. Your guide will be holding a blue tour flag, and the letters of our company's name written on the flag.View Location

End point

After the end of the tour, you can still visit again and get an entry for any spot you enjoyed exterior and had in mind while cycling riding if you want to. However, you need to pay the entry fee by yourself and return the bicycle to the proper cycle port on that day.View Location

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketThe guide will give the tour guests a one-day pass card for riding E-Bike and an entry ticket for Kenrokuen garden & Gyokusen'an tea house.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Asia/Tokyo time to receive 100% refund.
