Dispatching the Vehicle: • Driver Notification: A driver is notified of the new ride request through our communication system. • Vehicle Preparation: The driver ensures the vehicle is clean, fueled, and ready for passenger transport. • En Route to Pickup: The driver heads to the pickup location, possibly using GPS for the most efficient route. 3. Pickup: • Arrival Notification: The customer is notified when the driver arrives. • Passenger Boarding: The driver waits for the passenger to board and ensures they are comfortably seated. • Confirmation of Destination: The driver confirms the destination with the passenger. 4. Transportation: • Route Navigation: The driver navigates to the destination, choosing the best route for speed and safety. • In-Transit Services: Amenities like water, music choice, or temperature control may be offered. • Communication: The driver may provide updates or engage in conversation as per the customer’s preference. 5.
