Whether you’re here for a short time or a while, looking to learn a new skill, or just meet some new people, I’d love to teach you to cook the Moroccan way. We will focus on dishes that are easy to reproduce when you return home, from the traditional to the new we explore a range of North African styles, all of which I’m sure you’ll love.
We keep create a fun and friendly environment tailored to beginners or experts. So come and join me on our Moroccan cooking adventure!
The first 45 minutes or so will be spent at the local market, where you will learn how to select quality ingredients, the moroccan specialities... and how to get the right price
Then we return to the kitchen and spend the rest of our time preparing the ingredients, cooking, tasting and exploring these exciting new flavours.
You will have plenty of time throughout to ask questions and get individual assistance.View Location
