Tickets can be redeemed from location other than the starting pointThe time listed on the tickets is the check-in time to begin the tour. The slot canyon tour will begin 15 minutes after. Check-in will occur at our office location. Please provide the booking number or mobile ticket at the front office. A front desk agent will provide you with a paper ticket number once the check-in process has been completed. Redemption LocationsCancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Denver time to receive 100% refund.
