You’ll get an overview of the recipes you’ll soon master, each rooted in Albanian heritage.

Guided by the chef, you’ll roll up your sleeves and start cooking step by step. You’ll learn traditional techniques, from rolling dough for burek to properly seasoning chicken for pershesh. Throughout the class, you can sip on unlimited homemade wine and take part in a raki tasting to fully experience the local flavors.
Once the cooking is done, you’ll gather around a communal table to savor the feast you’ve created. This relaxed dining experience allows you to taste each dish, share stories, and enjoy spontaneous moments—sometimes even dancing. By the end of the class, you’ll have not only learned how to cook beloved Albanian dishes but also immersed yourself in the warmth of local hospitality and culinary traditions.
