Pickup is arranged with you prior reservation date, when client arrives at destination, we will be waiting for you to call or text us for pick up details. We will be waiting at pick up area with a sign with your name.Drop off will be at designated location.
You will have one hour after pick up time to meet our driver, if waiting time is expired, a no-show will be applied. No-show policy: no-show will be applied when exceeds 1h after pick up time and you haven't met us. In case of no-show, no refund will be made.
