We strive to create a fun and engaging program that immerses you in Japanese cuisine. Our intimate classes are limited to 6 participants, ensuring personalized attention, but we can accommodate larger groups at an additional cost. Join our Osaka Cooking Base Class! Choose from Katsu Curry, Okonomiyaki, or Takoyaki.

1. Market Tour: Before cooking, we'll visit local shops that sell ingredients, food, and kitchenware, giving you a chance to see and buy authentic Japanese items.
2. Cooking Session: Guided by our experienced instructor, you'll learn to cook your selected dish. Our recipes are easy to follow, ensuring you can recreate the dish at home.
3. Personalized Attention: We limit our classes to 6 participants for personalized instruction and a more intimate learning environment.
4. Additional Activities: During downtime, enjoy traditional Japanese crafts like origami. For a festive atmosphere, we offer the option to host larger groups on our rooftop – contact us for details.
5. Optional Sake Tasting: Enhance your experience with an optional sake tasting session, sampling a variety of Japanese sakes.

Main Courses
- Katsu Curry - A crispy fried pork cutlet served over rice with curry sauce. The blend of spicy curry and juicy, crispy pork cutlet makes it a favorite for many.
- Takoyaki - A popular Osaka food made of small balls filled with octopus, cooked in a special pan. Let's try making modern takoyaki with different ingredients.
- Okonomiyaki - Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake made with a batter of flour, eggs, and shredded cabbage, mixed with ingredients like pork or seafood.
- Bento Cooking Course - Let's learn about dashi (broth) and seasonings while making traditional bento dishes like rolled omelette, nikumaki , and ohitashi.
