About the Activity

I'm Bart Conterio, Mind-Body Therapist, I have developed a program of massages integrated with meditation, specifically designed for Female Psychophysical Well-Being. A 3-hour sensorial massage, capable of instilling particular emotions in a woman, that profoundly influence her state of mind and her physical and psychological well-being, in the hours, days and weeks following the massage. An infinite well-being that adapts to the needs and requirements of the woman at a given moment, based on the emotional and bioenergetic state. After a mindfulness TOUCH® session, women say they feel more alive, more serene, in perfect psychophysical peace and harmony and more connected with themselves. It's a break with a regenerating effect: some of my clients have compared their state of psychophysical well-being, after a 3-hour mindfulness TOUCH® session, to "a holiday weekend without the stress of travel".

I'm BART CONTERIO, Mind-Body Therapist and the sensorial experience that I propose is a holistic massage session integrated with a Mindfulness practice, (mindfulness TOUCH®) specifically designed for the psycho-physical and emotional well-being of Women. Mindfulness TOUCH® it's a holistic session that I personally designed (registered trademark) and represents a "unique" experience of its kind due to its extraordinary duration: 3 hours This long duration of the massage allows you to have the benefits also in the following days. While Mindfulness makes the mind attentive, open and sensitive, a "psychosomatic and emotional" massage with an empathic, aware, delicate and welcoming touch, characterized by fluid movements slow and enveloping, it calms psycho-emotional tensions and promotes a state of deep relaxation. the massage affects the whole body, both in the prone and supine position (Full Body). The massage is carried out on a table, in an environment with an extremely relaxing atmosphere and in absolute calm and tranquility, using natural oils.
