You will know the secrets of centenarians' handmade pasta, a ritual linked to the art of a simple and long-lived life. The fresh pasta course will be a journey into the tradition belonging to the Blue Zones. The workshop will take place inside a late nineteenth century courtyard house. Cristiana and Silvia, passionate about cooking and traditions, will welcome you inside a typical Campidanese house and its garden to spend an evening in the company of other travellers.
