Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- We offer free pick ups in all hotels and similares in areas between Armação de Pera, Albufeira and Vilamoura. It is very important that we know where the guest is staying. The pick up location must be confirmed with us at least 24 hours before departure, so that we can indicate the pick up time. If the vehicle have an unexpected breakdown during the tour, we will not refund the money, we will give the customer the opportunity to take the selected tour on another day.
- Travelers will be picked up 10 minutes before departure time

- This tour is not off road, the transport used to take this tour will be a Mercedes with air conditioning, for greater convenience and comfort for the client.
- The use of masks is mandatory. We have implemented all the safety and hygiene rules in our facilities, vehicles and personnel in accordance with the rules recommended by DGS and DGT

Tickets can be redeemed at thE starting point• Dress code is confortable clothes and shoes • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. Bring swimming suit, towel, sun block and camera. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. Valid from the time of first use, for the duration selected. This tour is not off road . The vehicle used to take this tour will be a Mercedes with air conditioning for greater customer comfort.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Europe/Lisbon time to receive 100% refund.
