To complete the adventure you will visit La Noria, a nearby colonial city with rustic factories, where local artisans work on handmade items such as horse saddles, ceramics and leather goods such as handbags, belts and flips flops . For your appetite enjoyment, La Noria has a large variety of traditional dishes such as the burros prietos (dark burritos) and mole enchiladas.
