If you forget your valid ID, the wineries may not be able to serve you. Grapeline cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate in wine tasting, if you do not have a valid ID with you. Furthermore, Grapeline will not make any credits or refunds for missed tastings on account of a missing or invalid ID.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
