After registration, exchange the voucher for your physical AREX ticket and secure your seat. The app is free to download and available for both Android and iPhone. By purchasing through Viator, you’ll receive a personalized link to waive the in-app AREX ticket voucher purchase. The app will guide you through using the voucher code to redeem your train seat.

Tickets will be delivered post-booking by email; or, physically delivered to the customer or the customer's hotel• Your unique voucher link will be emailed from SUPERMOVE via Viator booking within 48 hours after purchasing the ticket on viator • You can also find link message in the Viator app by going to "Booking > Contact Information - Contact Support > and tapping the Chat with Tour Operator button." • Please note that the 13-digit/QR code in K-MOVE app is not your final ticket. You cannot board the train using this code alone. • You must exchange the 13-digit/QR code either online or on-site to receive your physical ticket. • Online booking: Use the 13-digit code to easily reserve your preferred departure date, time, and seat on the AREX website. • On-site booking: Scan the QR code at an AREX machine upon arrival at AREX Station to exchange it for your ticket. • Tickets are non-transferable. • The voucher is valid for 6 months from the booking confirmation date. • You can use the AREX voucher code any time within the voucher’s expiration period. • TRAIN SCHEDULE: AREX operates from 05:15 to 22:40 daily. • No cancellation, refunds, or changes are allowed after ticket activation. • Travel time: ICN T1 to Seoul Station (43 mins), ICN T2 to Seoul station (51 mins) • Children aged 0-5 can enter free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats • Each guardian can bring up to one child under the age of 0-5 to board free of charge. However, if the child has to occupy a seat, an additional fee is required • If you wish to purchase tickets at the child rate (ages 6-13) for KRW8,000 per person, please make your purchase on-site. Child and adult tickets are sold for the same price here

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Asia/Seoul time to receive 100% refund.
