About the Activity
Paddleboard in one of the most unique areas of Juneau with amazing views of the Mendenhall Glacier, opportunities for seeing eagles, sea lions, seals, and whales. Escape the cruise ship crowds. Our tours have a maximum of 8 guests so that you can have a serene Alaskan experience. Our experienced guide will help you put on a dry suit so that you’ll be warm and dry in any weather. You can even jump in the water and stay dry. Our guides will teach you how to paddleboard. No experience necessary! You can stand, sit, or kneel. All equipment, instruction, snacks, and round trip transportation from the Juneau cruise port included. You'll be able to catch sight of native wildlife in their natural environment, ages 12+, some balance required, choice of several departures throughout the day, and all necessary equipment and instruction provided.3 hours 30 minutes

Mendenhall Glacier
Mendenhall Valley, Juneau, United StatesOur tour takes place in the estuarial region directly in front of the Mendenhall glacier. The view that you get on our tour is one of the most complete views of the glacier in all of Juneau. You will be further away from the glacier than tours that go to or around the visitors center. Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Our Guide will meet you underneath the cables of the Goldbelt Tram. They will have a sign that says "Paddle Juneau".
- Travelers will be picked up 15 minutes before departure time

- We will pick you up from the cruise ship port and then drive for around 20 minutes to the Juneau wetlands. We will introduce and prepare the equipment. Then we will paddle for around 2 hours. Then entire tour will take 3.5 hours.
