Pre-Trip Communication: Reminder: A day before the trip, travelers receive a reminder about the pickup time and location. Contact Details: In case there are any changes or delays, travelers are provided with a contact number for the driver or the customer support team. 3. Pickup: Arrival at Pickup Location: On the day of the trip, the driver arrives at the specified pickup location (e.g., hotel, airport terminal) at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. Identification: The driver is easily identifiable, either through a sign with the traveler’s name or through a branded vehicle. Assistance with Luggage: The driver assists with luggage (if necessary) and ensures that the travelers are comfortable before starting the journey. 4. En Route: Comfortable Ride: Travelers are driven directly to their destination using the most efficient route, with the option to adjust for any special requests (e.g., preferred route, stops for refreshments). Safety and Convenience: The vehicle is well-maintained, air-conditioned, and equipped with necessary safety features. The driver maintains a professional and friendly attitude during the ride. 5. Drop-Off: Arrival at Destination: Once the vehicle arrives at the destination (e.g., hotel or airport), the driver helps with unloading luggage and ensures the travelers are at the correct entrance or check-in area. Final Check: The driver ensures that the travelers have all their belongings before leaving, confirming that they are at the correct location. Post-Trip: Feedback Request: After the trip, travelers may receive a follow-up email asking for feedback or a review to help improve the service. Ticket Redemption

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketTravelers will receive a booking confirmation email with all the details, including the pickup time, location, and vehicle details. Please present the confirmation (via email or print) to the driver at the time of pickup. No physical ticket is required.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.
