This walk offers you a first experience in the world of Mendoza wine, you will tour vineyards and olive groves with the Andes Mountains in the background. Maipu, wine heart of Mendoza, is waiting for you. You will visit two wineries: artisans such as Cavas de Don Arturo, Cecchin or Florio, and industrialists such as Lopez or Vistandes. You will walk through vineyards, where they will reveal the mysteries of the vine, from their driving to irrigation systems. You will experience two directed wine tastings learning its history, aromas and flavors. You will know an olive oil factory and its secrets. You will learn to taste this oil and its derivatives.
