- The tour is conducted in English.
- Comfortable clothes and walking shoes are recommended. Montserrat and the winery may have more extreme temperatures than Barcelona—check the forecast and dress accordingly. Bring water, especially in summer.
- The tour is not wheelchair accessible, but service animals are allowed. For reduced mobility, contact us before booking to discuss arrangements.
- Infants (3 years or younger) join free of charge but are not provided with car seats or meals.
- Dietary restrictions or allergies are accommodated without advance notice.
- We often work with boutique, family-owned wineries. Due to logistics, the winery may vary from Oller del Mas.

Look for the PINK OFFICE as a reference point. Arrive at least 20 minutes before the tour departure to complete check-in and proceed to the buses on the ground floor. • Please arrive at the meeting point 20 min before the start of the tour. • Approximate return time is 15:30 (3:30 pm). Please note that unexpected delays due to traffic may affect the return time. We recommend avoiding scheduling other activities immediately after the tour to allow for potential delays. • The tour is led in English. • There is a limit of 20 people per guide, although transportation will be shared with other groups. • Our company is composed of a deeply committed team of people. We are working hard in our team, and with all our partners, to be up to the current circumstances. When operating, all our services will abide by all health and security policies issued by the competent administrations. • Temperatures in Montserrat and the winery tend to be more extreme than in Barcelona.
