No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket1 - The Client accepts all the terms and conditions contained herein as well as the release of liability overleaf for him or herself as well as on behalf of all guests this excursion is being purchased for. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 48hrs before departure without exception. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any Client on board for their own safety and that of other guests. Should we exercise that right, a refund will be provided. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Indian/Mahe time to receive 100% refund.
