Your driver will pick up/drop-off at hotels’ accessible to the main road only. Note that duration time for the transfer from pick up to drop off will depend on the traffic situation on that specific day. Please confirm your pick up time and location 48 hours prior to the excursion date by contacting our emergency number.

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket1 - The Client accepts all the terms and conditions contained herein as well as the release of liability overleaf for him or herself as well as on behalf of all guests this excursion is being purchased for. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 48hrs before departure without exception. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any Client on board for their own safety and that of other guests. Should we exercise that right, a refund will be provided. We reserve the right to cancel any excursion without advance notice for the safety of the vessel, crew or Clients. 2 - I understand that the sea excursions are not recommended to pregnant women and that CREOLE TRAVEL SERVICES cannot be held liable for any injury to myself and/ or my unborn child. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Indian/Mahe time to receive 100% refund.
