The Merry Cemetery is an unique , i dare to say WORK OF ART , place for the eternal rest. 60 years ago a man by his name Stan Ioan Patras came with an amazing idea of carving tomb stones in wood and painting them in blue , white , red , golden , yellow etc. It became the 2nd most visited cemetery in the world after the Valley of Pharaohs in Egypt.
