Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- If your accommodation is in Rovaniemi city center, we kindly ask you to walk to our office. Read below why. We have therefore decided to no longer do city pickups. If you are staying in the city center, we would kindly ask you to come to our office (our address: Rovakatu 24, 96200 Rovaniemi) and start the tour from there. You are not staying in the city center nor is your pickup location listed as an option? No problem! Please send us an email with your address and we take it from there.

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketThanks for joining our trip! Your hotel pick-up commences 10 - 60 minutes prior to the start time. Your pick up time will be confirmed by email. The driver of a snowmobile has to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license – A1, T, A or B category (please check that it is valid in Finland). For all snowmobile tours we ask you to take your driving license with you. Also a copy or photo is suitable. Please note that it is strictly prohibited to drive a snowmobile under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The starting point for the safari is stated in the booking confirmation. The snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the snowmobile. The driver is held liable for a flat rate of 1000 € per person in case of an accident. Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Europe/Helsinki time to receive 100% refund.
