About the Activity
Our general tour! Meet our Guest Rep at your cruise ship dock and board our courtesy shuttle. Enjoy a scenic ride to the Auke Bay boat harbor and return (about 25 minutes each way). A complimentary stop at the Brotherhood Bridge for a view of the Mendenhall Glacier is available before or after each tour depending on that day's schedule and weather. Enjoy the difference of a personalized tour! This 4 hour and 5 minute tour includes approximately 1 hour of round trip transfer time, 2.75 hours of whale watching/sightseeing cruise, walking on the dock to the boat, and bathroom breaks.4 hours 5 minutes

Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Please provide us with the details of where you will be staying by inputting the name of the Hotel or Cruise ship you are staying/ arriving on. We need to know specifically where to pick you up from. There are multiple ships in port each day, please let us know which specific cruise ship you are arriving on, or we will not know which one to pick you up from. -If traveling on a cruise ship: Meet your representative at your ships dock on the main boardwalk. -If you are at a hotel: Meet your driver in the hotel loading zone. -If you have a vehicle and want to Self Transport: Meet us at Statter Harbor- 11497 Auke Bay Harbor Rd, Juneau, AK 99801 (Since you will not need transportation, note that you do not have to meet us until 20 minutes after the tour time listed) *We send out specific instructions 30 days before your scheduled tour. Please check back with us for more specifics.*

- Customers MUST reach out to Harv & Marvs directly to provide required information above. We are not liable for missed tours due to a lack of provided information. This information is crucial to our ability to provide this tour.
- Operates in all safe weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative time or date or full refund
- We are NOT wheelchair accessible. Our buses and smaller boats do not have ramps to get on board. In addition, our space is very limited. This tour is not recommended for those needing assistance to enter/exit our vessels.
- Collapsible strollers and wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark, must be noted at time of booking

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Juneau time to receive 100% refund.
