Nestled between New Zealand’s highest mountains, the Tasman Sea, stunning rainforests, glowing glaciers, mirror lakes and braided river beds, Franz Josef Glacier has been described as one of the most beautiful places to skydive in the world.
Tandem skydiving is the fastest, easiest and safest way for an inexperienced skydiver to enjoy the thrill of jumping out of a plane, free falling through the sky at 200kph/120mph and floating safely to the ground under a parachute. You can simply enjoy the thrill of the experience knowing your tandem instructor has everything under control.

This is a direct entry ticket• The listed price does not include a $40 (100kg+) or $60 (110kg-120kg) per person weight surcharge, payable at the time of tour check-in if customers exceed 100kg. • The listed price does not include photo and video options and/or merchandise, these are optional purchases at time of check in. • Skydiving within 48 hours of sea diving is not permitted. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to skydiving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from skydiving. • Not permitted for pregnant women • You cannot take your camera or any personal effects on the skydive. Be prepared to store your belongings in the free lockers at the airport. All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Pacific/Auckland time to receive 100% refund.
