No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketPlease contact us after booking to find out the starting time of your tour. When you disembark, make your way outside of the terminal entrance. Our host will be waiting for you with a greeting sign “VEXPERIO”. If your ship is delayed, the starting time will be postponed to within 30 min after it docks. In case of any issues please call us at +49 176 322 67 204. Inclusions: • Group transport to and from Kiel (please note there will be no guide present on the bus during the journey, only in Hamburg) • 3 to 4-hour guided tour of Hamburg with an English-speaking tour guide • Free time for a snack (please note this tour does not include enough time for a full sit-down lunch at a restaurant) Exclusions: • Gratuities. • Entrance fees (none will be required during your tour) • Meals and drinks. Please note: • This tour will include some walking. If you have walking difficulties you will be able to rest on the bus. You may bring a walker, or any other light and compact walking aid - however, please inform us about any such needs in advance. • Please bring some change in EUR for toilet stops, beverages and for lunch. If you do not have any EUR with you, please ask your tour guide in Hamburg to arrange for a stop at an ATM - it s no problem! US dollars are not accepted as legal tender in Germany. Please also note that many restaurants and stores in Hamburg only accept cash, not credit cards. • Your bus driver may not speak English. In such cases, we will not be able to provide a refund. • The route of the tour and time spent in Hamburg is subject to your ship s docking times, traffic, special events, and any other circumstances beyond our control. Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Europe/Berlin time to receive 100% refund.
