Tickets can be redeemed from location other than the starting pointPlease arrive to our ticket booth at dock#2 at least 30 minutes on weekdays and 1 hour on weekends and holidays prior to your cruise. Dock #2 is located in between the Aquarium and Hooters, across the street from Bubba Gump Restaurant entrance. We recommend parking at the Aquarium or Pike parking structures. We validate parking for a day rate of $8.00, regular day rate for parking is $15.00 without validation.Redemption LocationsCancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
