This is a direct entry ticket• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions (charged extra for jet ski )MAX pick up is 4 persons • Minimum age is 16 years for riding jet ski and 5 year old child could ride with an adult in charge off (we let decide our customer to pick the right duration of the tours for there wellbeing and confort) • for cruise ship customer, we need to know in advanced: the arrival of the ship, drop off time at the dock and return time at the dock and the departure time.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Pacific/Tahiti time to receive 100% refund.
