Coming2 will inform you of the pick-up time based on your flight arrival/departure
Upon arrival at SAMANA AIRPORT: Go to immigration and then to the baggage claim area. After collecting your luggage and once in the arrivals area of the airport, our Coming2 team will be waiting to assist you in the authorized area for Tour Operators.
IMPORTANT: You must contact the Coming2 staff, who are properly uniformed and identified (white shirt, green vest with the Coming2 logo and navy blue pants) and will have their names on an official list. They are the only ones responsible for providing you with the contracted service.
-The type of vehicle is subject to change depending on capacity and availability
-Once you have contacted Coming2 staff, the maximum waiting time is 50 minutes (as it is a collective service, more passengers are expected)
-The duration of the trip may vary depending on traffic conditions and the number of stops to be made along the way to drop off or pick up other customers.
-This service DOES NOT APPLY to accommodations such as: Vacation Homes, Airbnb, Condominiums, etc.
Please refrain from contacting external personnel to avoid interference and confusion with unauthorized transfers. Coming2 will not be responsible for services provided by external providers.
The waiting time for the management of your transfer is 2 hours from the moment your flight lands. In case of any incident at the airport that prevents you from leaving before that time has elapsed, please contact our 24h Call Center. If we do not have information about your delay, you will be declared a No Show and the service could be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.
YOUR DEPARTURE TRANSFER NEEDS TO BE RECONFIRMED. Please contact the Coming2 representative at your hotel or at our offices 2 days before the departure date to inform them of the procedure to follow.
