Day 1: High-Speed Train to Zhangjiajie & Glass Bridge Adventure
Morning: Begin your journey with a convenient 7:30 AM pick-up from your hotel lobby in Changsha. Travel comfortably to the high-speed train station for a scenic 2-hour ride to Zhangjiajie.
Afternoon: After a quick lunch at a local restaurant, visit the world-famous Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge, the longest and highest pedestrian glass bridge in the world. Suspended 300 meters (984 feet) above the canyon floor, this architectural marvel offers thrilling views of the surrounding cliffs and lush greenery.
Note: If weather conditions close the Glass Bridge, you’ll explore Huanglong Cave (Yellow Dragon Cave) instead, a vast karst cave system filled with stunning stalactites and underground rivers.
