Wood boats stoke the fires, rivers flow quietly beneath the braziers, sparks whirl through the night air & flames reflect off the dark surface of the water, animating the architectural fabric of our capital city. Come aboard our open-air vessels and enjoy a relaxing 30-minute cruise throughout the burning braziers that dot the Providence River from Waterplace Park to Crawford Street. Our US Coast Guard licensed Captains will expertly guide you along the entire installation for unparalleled views of this remarkable and unique award-winning experience! Ticket Redemption
No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketWaterFire is a rain or shine event. If they light the fires, our rides will run as scheduled. Same-day refunds, cancellations or rescheduling of a WaterFire reservation is not permitted due to inclement weather. Every passenger in your party, including infants, needs a ticket to board. You do not need actual tickets, simply check in with the last name on your reservation. Our boats are uncovered, please dress appropriately. There are no bathrooms aboard or at our launch site, please plan ahead. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted while aboard. We love dogs, but they are not permitted aboard. Sorry! You may BYOB on all of our tours. Our WaterFire docks are located in the basin of Waterplace Park at 10 Memorial Blvd, Providence, RI 02903. This is also the address for the Capital Grille Restaurant. Our dock is located in front of their outdoor patio, at the water's edge. It is easiest to walk through the dark green Waterplace Park archway near the Capital Grille's valet area, and down the stairway to your right that runs parallel to Memorial Blvd. Our dock is at the bottom of that stairwell, just outside of the Union Station Tunnel. Traffic in and around the city can be very congested, so COME EARLY. You must check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ride time. If you fail to do so, your seats will be offered to our stand-by patrons and you will forfeit your full ticket fare. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable and rescheduling is not possible because we will be sold out for the entire night. The closest parking garages to our docks are located in the IGT Building at 10 Memorial Blvd, the Union Station Parking Garage at 11 Memorial Blvd and the Park Row West outdoor lots at Exchange and Stillman Streets. There are also many garages, lots and on-street parking spaces throughout downtown.Cancellation & Refunds
Cannot be cancelled or amended without incurring a 100% penalty; i.e., the refund amount will be zero.- All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.
