This is a direct entry ticket• Please advise of any allergies or special dietary requirements at time of booking • Please advise your lunch preference, if tour with lunch is selected: hamburger, veggie burger or smokie (big hot dog); Please send us a message with your choices and if anyone has any dietary concerns. • Minimum age for White Water Express is 12 years old and 90 lbs (41 kg) • Guests under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian present to sign their waiver • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for pregnant women • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is cancelled, you will not be entitled to a refund.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Edmonton time to receive 100% refund.
