Accommodations are located 45 minutes from Tena city, accessible by public or private transport. Our Amazon tour begins at Pusuno Bajo, where our staff will meet you to continue the journey to Suchipakari Amazon Lodge. You only need to manage your carry-on and camera equipment. All other luggage will be transported by our staff.

Upon arrival at the reception area of the EcoLodge, our manager will welcome you with a revitalizing drink and offer a brief orientation regarding your stay at Suchipakari Jungle Lodge & Spa. After settling in, one of our Naturalist Guides will provide you with essential information about the tropical rainforest, the Amazon, and the operation of our DISCOVERY PROGRAM. Next, put on your rubber boots and go hiking with our native guide, who will share traditional knowledge of local medicinal plants such as dragon’s blood, ginger, guayusa, and the straw used for instruments, costumes, and construction within the community. We will then return to the Eco-Lodge to get swimsuits, life jackets, and inner tubes for a refreshing float down the Pusuno River from one of its sandy beaches.
