Your private, two-hour olive oil workshop with an expert includes a visit to a beautiful Provencal olive grove, an olive oil tasting, food and wine pairing, and a French vinaigrette making workshop! Walk through Alexandra's organic orchard (weather permitting) dotted with 250 majestic olive trees (a quintessential part of the Provence landscape). Learn about how they grow olives organically and their health benefits. You will be well-versed with terms such as "extra-virgin", "cold extraction" and "ardence"! Next, join an olive oil tasting workshop! Learn how to taste different varieties of olive oil, identify the aromas associated with each. You will also learn how to make a typical French vinaigrette with Alexandra's Les Callis olive oil and a locally produced vinegar. Drizzle it over a fresh salad that you will enjoy along with a food tasting and wine pairing. Your food and wine pairing includes high-quality, local cheeses and bread, tapenade, olives and charcuterie. Enjoy your food and wine tasting of local products from Provence.
