Be 15 minutes before the start of the Experience at the meeting point and have a fully charged phone with you, so that the Local can contact you in case of an emergency. Also, have your ticket with you to show the Local at the beginning of the Experience. The itinerary and stops may vary depending on the wish of the travellers and the walking pace as well as the weather!"Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
