- Tour start: Our tour slots have varying timings. Our operation team will confirm the slot timing one day before the tour date. Pick up: We will pick up its customers from Winter Park in Al Ula. The pickup time varies between 1 hour to 30 minutes before the start of the tour at the terminal point. We will confirm with you one day earlier at a precise time by email. Drop off: After the tour, our vehicle will drop off the passengers in Winter Park in Al Ula

Arrive at the Winter Park - if driving park your car free of charge at the designated area near the entrance - our staff will guide you to the meeting point to join the shuttle bus to the Hegra heritage site. 2. Parking is not permitted at any of the heritage sites. 3. Please arrive 40 minutes prior to your tour start time for Hegra Tour and 30 minutes for Dadan and Jabal Ikmah Tour to allow time for transportation. 4. Late arrival to Winter Park may result in missing your shuttle bus ride and your tour. 5. Date and tour time changes requests will not be accepted or processed on the tour day.Cancellation & Refunds
