Please contact us to schedule the exact time of meeting you when staying somewhere we can meet by car. Meet the guide/driver in front of the Hotel or any other accommodation on a driveway, where we can meet by car. Pick up is free of charge. If you will not confirm your pick up with us, we will wait for you on a centrally located point (Bus station). If your Rental House, Apartment or any other Hotel Accommodation is not listed and can be reached by car, please contact us for pick up and we'll try to arrange a pick up for you.

This is a direct entry ticket• Minimum age is 18 years. • In case your hotel is not reachable by car (Hvar city center is closed to cars), please meet us on Hvar city taxi/bus station. Your driver will be holding a sign which reads, "Amazing Hvar." • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers (minimum of 2 people) to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Europe/Zagreb time to receive 100% refund.
