Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Whether you are coming off a ship or meeting us onsite, look for our staff in bright orange uniforms. We can meet at the Port of Tauranga cruise ship gate and escort on foot (5 minute walk), or meet at our beachside location, corner of Pacific Ave and The Mall, Pilot Bay, Mt Maunganui.
- Travelers will be picked up 15 minutes before departure time
