No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketTours go out in rain, snow and shine. Tour is non-refundable or exchangeable after the standard cancellation policy. Tour meets at the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House at 1 Bowling Green (also known at the Museum of the American Indian) Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Bring water in warm weather. As most of the tour is outdoors, check the weather forecast for appropriate clothing.

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.
