You will be received by your driver or a representative at arrival who will take you directly to your hotel or destination. At departure you will be waited in the lobby. Avoid lines or paying extra money and use a nice vehicle with safe and comfort. You will be transported by a professional that will take care of you until drop-off at airport/hotel/destination.

- Arrival LGW:The driver will be waiting for you at the assigned meeting point: North Terminal International Arrivals - Emirates Kiosk North Terminal Domestic Arrivals - Emirates Kiosk South Terminal - Domestic Arrivals - WHSmith South Terminal International Arrivals – Greggs The local operator will contact you via Call, WhatsApp or SMS at least 24 hours prior to your arrival to give you further instructions. Departure: Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.

- Protocol for all services, driver and passenger´s liabilities. 1.Nebulization of vehicles with disinfectants. 2.Cleaning of seats, floors, internal and external handles, seat belts, backrests and armrests every time a service is terminated. 3.No handshakes will be given in the greeting or farewell. 4.Voucher information is being requested and verified digitally. 5.The customer is asked to board the vehicle using the mask. If passenger does not have one, the driver will provide one immediately.

- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Europe/London time to receive 100% refund.
