Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- We DO pick-up in Kihei, Wailea, Kahului, and Paia hotel regions. We DO NOT pick up Lahaina, Kaanapali or Kapalua (West Maui) Hotel Guests: Meeting point is: 1090 Ho'okele St, Kahului 96732 (Safeway parking lot near the gas pumps).

- Bring sturdy shoes with traction for uneven surfaces, preferably all-in-one shoes for getting wet and crossing waterfall streams

- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Pacific/Honolulu time to receive 100% refund.
