Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Please be advised that each hotel has a different pick-up time. A separate email confirmation will be sent out to you with your updated meeting/pick-up instructions. Please ensure that you provide us with an accurate email address. Please select the exact hotel or condo where you will be staying, as we are not allowed to pick up guests from these locations if you are not staying there. Our Waterfront Centre location is recommended for cruise passengers only. We are on Eastern Daylight Time all year round, we do not observe Daylight Savings Time. During Daylight Savings time, some cruise ship remains on Eastern Daylight Time when it arrives here which is one hour ahead of the local time. With this, cruise passengers MUST indicate name of ship so you will be given the correct and appropriate check in time. For on island guests, and you do not require a pick up, we recommend you drive to our 1114B location to check in, as our Waterfront Centre is NOT ALWAYS OPEN. Thank you!

- Stay-over guests must provide the following information at time of booking: Name of accommodation, room/unit number and if they need pick up.
- Meeting Point for Cruise Passengers: Please meet us at Capt. Marvin's Watersports check-in office located in the Waterfront Centre, 1/2 - 2 Blocks LEFT of the cruise terminal. Please be there at least 30 minutes before time of tour.
- We provide complimentary pick-up at hotels/condo along Seven-Mile Beach area.
- Meeting point for Stay-over Guests who do not require pick-up: Please meet us at Capt. Marvin's Watersports main office located in the Cayman Falls Plaza, across the street from the Westin Hotel on seven-mile beach area. Please be here 30 minutes before time of tour.
- Tour operates on local island time NOT ship time.
- Important for cruise guests: In the unlikely event that your ship anchors on the south side of the island (Spotts) instead of in George Town Harbour, our shuttle buses will be there to pick you up, and our drivers wearing navy blue (or maroon) colored shirt will be there to meet you. After your tour, we will drop you back in George Town where you can find a local bus or taxi to get back to Spotts.

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket• If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made; you must check in 30-45 minutes before the tour starts depending on tour. • Swimwear required (wear cover-up or shorts and T-shirt over it). Dive boots not allowed at the Stingray City sandbar. This ticket will be presented upon check in at our designated office for cruise passengers and on-island guestsCancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Cayman time to receive 100% refund.
