LampioneLampione is an island of Italy belonging to the archipelago of the Pelagie Islands, in Sicily. Administratively it belongs to Lampedusa and Linosa, an Italian municipality of the free municipal consortium of Agrigento. Geologically, however, together with the nearby island of Lampedusa it belongs to the African continental shelf. The islet is part of the marine protected area of the Pelagie Islands and is in zone C in the current zoning regulation of the WAP.

It has an area of 5.43 km² and is 42 km NE from Lampedusa, together with which it forms the municipality of Lampedusa and Linosa which has 6,304 inhabitants in the free municipal consortium of Agrigento. It has an almost circular shape with a coastal development of 11 km. Unlike Lampedusa and Lampione , which are part of the African continental plate and derive from a fracture of the continent itself.
