The Thackray Museum of Medicine in Leeds is a museum of the history of healthcare. The museum was founded by the Thackray Medical Research Trust who had established the original collection of medical artifacts from an extensive family archive. houses a collection of over 50,000 objects from medical history which date from Roman times to the present day.
