About Selwicks Bay
Selwicks Bay lies on the Flamborough headland, just above the most easterly point in the promontory. Set in a bay at the foot of high cliffs this sand and pebble beach stretches for around 3/4 mile. Flamborough LighthouseFlamborough Head Lighthouse is an active lighthouse located at Flamborough. The current lighthouse was built in 1806 and acts as a waypoint for deep sea vessels and coastal traffic as well as marking the Flamborough Headland for vessels heading for the ports of Scarborough and Bridlington.

One of the picturesque locations where you can spend some good time with your loved ones and it is apt for a swim also.
Thornwick BayThornwick Bay beach has one of Haven’s larger parks behind it so it can get quite busy when the caravan park is open. It’s a mostly rocky beach with huge rocks and boulders covering most of the shoreline. There is some shingle in both Thornwick Bay Beach and Little Thornwick. It’s a popular spot with snorkelers.
South Landing BeachSouth Landing Beach is a small rural sandy beach situated on the Yorkshire coast. The beach is 300 meters in length. Flamborough Castlea 12th century fortification owned by the Constables of Holderness. The site was dominated by a rectangular stone tower that had been built in the mid-fourteenth century and this would have been surrounded by a Great Hall and a host of other ancillary buildings. The tower remained occupied for around 200 years.
