About Agden Reservoir
Agden Reservoir is a water storage reservoir, situated at grid reference SK260925, 6.5 miles west of the centre of Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. It is owned by Yorkshire Water which is part of the Kelda Group. The reservoir covers an area of 25 hectares and has a capacity of 559 million gallons of water, the dam wall has a width of approximately 350 metres with a height of 30 metres.Address : Agden Reservoir, Sheffield S6, UK

Strines ReservoirStrines Reservoir is a water storage reservoir situated 8 miles west of the centre of Sheffield in South Yorkshire, England. The reservoir was constructed in 1869 after the Sheffield Water Committee made the decision in the late 1850s to build four reservoirs in Bradfield Dale to impound water from the surrounding moorland to provide for the growing town of Sheffield. Sheffield had previously received its water supply from the Crookesmoor dams close to the town centre but by the mid-19th century
