About The Inniskillings Museum
The Inniskillings Museum is one of the 2 museums at Enniskillen Castle, and will tell you the story of the 2 regiments from the town of Enniskillen. The Museum tells the story of the town of Enniskillen's two regiments - the 5th Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards and the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers. Enniskillen Castle MuseumsEnniskillen Castle, situated beside the River Erne, was built almost 600 years ago by the ruling Gaelic Maguires. The historic site houses Fermanagh County Museum and The Inniskillings Museum. The castle remained in Irish hands until it fell to the crown's Irish ally, Niall Garve O'Donnell in the summer of 1602. Its award winning exhibitions cover the prehistory and natural history of Fermanagh, the county’s traditional rural life, local crafts and the celebrated pottery at Belleek.

Cole's MonumentCole’s Monument stands in the grounds of the Forthill Park; a beautiful five & a half acre wooded park in Enniskillen. The monument was built in the centre of the park in memory of the late General the Hon. Sir G. Lowry Cole from 1845-57. The monument takes the form of a Doric column, topped by a statue of General the Honourable Sir Galbraith Lowry Cole.
Forthill ParkA beautiful park which was pleaantly wooded with walks, shrub gardens and children's play area in central Enniskillen. The Cole’s Monument stands here. It is one of the iconic attraction in the middle of the street and it offers a peaceful nature too.
