Bear CaveThis is the only cave in Burgenland with finds of Ice Age cave fauna. The bear cave is located about three kilometers north of the village of Winden on the western slope of the Zeilerberg. It is about twenty meters above the street. It is a layered joint cavity . It was probably formed in the Pannonian as a surf cave of the Miocene Sea in limestone.
Turmmuseum BreitenbrunnA beautiful tower museum located in the heart of Burgenland. Here you can marvel at the oldest tower clock in Burgenland - one of the last one-hand clocks ever. You can marvel at the skeleton of the Winden cave bear as well as old tools and coins. On the top floor there is a large number of display boards about the hydrogeology and history of Lake Neusiedl.
Römerstadt CarnuntumCarnuntum was a Roman legionary fortress and headquarters of the Pannonian fleet from 50 AD. After the 1st century, it was capital of the Pannonia Superior province. Its impressive remains are situated on the Danube in Lower Austria halfway between Vienna and Bratislava in the Carnuntum Archaeological Park extending over an area of 10 km2 near today's villages of Petronell-Carnuntum and Bad Deutsch-Altenburg.

Podersdorf LighthouseThe lighthouse Podersdorf at the main pier, located exactly in the middle of the seaside resort, was built as a point of orientation and for storm warnings for water sports enthusiasts in the course of the redesign of the 2 km long lido. It is one of the few lighthouses in the Republic of Austria and at the same time one of the southernmost lighthouses in the entire German-speaking area.
