About Stubenbergsee

The Stubenbergsee is an artificial bathing lake below the Styrian village of Stubenberg, municipality of Stubenberg am See . It lies at the foot of the Kulm. The approximately 40 hectare lake was created between 1968 and 1971. Various leisure facilities such as restaurants, changing facilities, boat and bicycle rentals, beach volleyball courts, surfing school, children's playgrounds, etc. and sunbathing areas are mainly located on the east and north banks.
